Domestic Shipping Policy
Shipment processing time:
All orders are processed within 2–3 business days of receipt. Orders are not processed or shipped from Friday, 12 pm EST through Sunday, or holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. If your shipment experiences a significant delay, we will contact you via email or phone.
Shipment Confirmation and Order Tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email with your tracking number once your order has shipped. The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
International Shipping Policy

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Doggy Bib Store is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.
How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within 7 days (U.S) 14 days (international) of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at support@doggybibstore.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
